  • Everything you tell your counselor is protected by strict federal and state laws.
  • We abide by all HIPAA standards and provide therapy through HIPAA compliant platforms.

If you wish for any of your information or records to be released to a third party, please let your counselor know. Your counselor will send you an authorization form that you will need to fill and sign before your information can be released.

In order for a therapist to accept insurance he/she/they must be credentialed with insurance network in which you participate.

Your first session is free, but each session price is dependent on the therapist expertise, experience and credentialing.  A very common amount to budget for an individual seeking a maintenance plan  is  about $100 per month.

Your payment will be charged to the credit card you have on file within 24 hours of your completed appointment. You may change this card through your secure portal at any time.

We have virtual assistants available by phone, chat, private messaging and email.  The client dashboard can be used to help you navigate your way.
